5 Songs to make you feel stronger

As you know, our first collection is called Stronger. We wanted through these clothes to help small women to feel stronger when they wear them.

If having an outfit that feels good is part of the equation, there are other things that can help you feel great.

Also, we thought it might be nice to share with you the music that, for our part, encourages us to stay positive and combative.

We hear it in a loop and everywhere now. And that is understandable. The rhythm is dynamic and catchy. The music stays in the head.
But what we prefer above all are the words.

Indeed, this song, released in May 2018 by Panic! at the Disco, an American pop rock band, talks about ambition.
Obviously, that speaks to us!

It describes the family pressure felt by the hero, his ambitions, the belief that he will succeed and the difficulties they face.

The clip is also incredible because we see the singer, Brendon Urie, literally climbing a skyscraper. After a long journey, he finally arrives at the top and finds himself in front of a breathtaking sunset. And it reminds us that even if the road is long, beautiful things await us at the end of it.

“Had to have high, high hopes for a living
Shooting for the stars when I couldn’t make a killing
Didn’t have a dime but I always had a vision
Always had high, high hopes

If there’s one song that puts you in a good mood, it’s “Queen’s stop me Now”.

She dates. It was released for the first time by the British group in 1978 but is still relevant today.

It gives you energy like no other song can do and reminds you to enjoy the moment.

Listen as soon as you have a little slack!

“I’m burnin ‘through the sky, yeah
Two hundred degrees
That’s why they call me Mister Fahrenheit
I’m traveling at the speed of light
I wanna make a supersonic woman of you

Don’t stop me, don’t stop me
Don’t stop me, hey, hey, hey
Don’t stop me, don’t stop me
Ooh ooh ooh, I like it
Don’t stop me, don’t stop me
Have a good time, good time
Don’t stop me, don’t stop me, ah
Oh yeah

Fight Song is a song we love. It is sung by Rachel Platten and follows a young woman’s fight against her inner demons.

Her voice is soft but full of energy and conviction at the same time.
We feel the rage not to give up and the desire to take revenge on life.

When you feel you have “fighting power”, put that song on and turn up the volume. You will feel yourself pushing a warrior soul and ready to face anyone or anything.

“This is my fight song
Take back my life song
Prove I’m alright song
My power’s turned on
Starting right now I’ll be strong
I’ll play my fight song
And I don’t really care if nobody else believes
‘Cause I’ve still got a lot of fight left in me”

We couldn’t make this list without talking about Beyoncé. She is far from being part of the #teampetite but we forgive her without problem.

This highly feminist song makes you feel like you can do anything.
It gives us a slight placebo effect which is not unpleasant. Self-persuasion has a lot of goodness and this song is perfect to start putting it into practice.

“My persuasion can build a nation
Endless power
Our love we can devour
You’ll do anything for me
Who run the world?

615/5000This song was obvious. We also listened to it over and over while we prepared the parade for the Petite Fashion Show.
We would have loved to be able to pass it from elsewhere but we did not have the rights to do so. Maybe one day ?

This song released in 2011 by American singer Kelly Clarkson explains that a romantic separation is not the end of everything.
Sometimes it’s better to be alone than to be poorly accompanied.
The person you are with does not determine your worth. You already have value and strength within you. You just have to make it visible.

“What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger
Stand a little taller
Doesn’t mean I’m lonely when I’m alone
What doesn’t kill you makes a fighter
Footsteps even lighter
Doesn’t mean I’m over ’cause you’re gone”

And you ? What song makes you vibrate and gives you a fighting soul? Tell us in the comments.
